I  look at the calendar and yup its here

The time is near PMS is rearing its UGLY head

I just wanna lay down and sleep for a couple of hours

She cant be without supervision

Prowl?? Market? What happened I thought I was passed this stage how and who Am I suppose to add into this fairy tale gone NON-happily ever after.

But there’s those night when it’s cold and you sleep with 15 pillows near you and those lil baby arms are just not big enuff.

 

Then you meet him he smiles , you smile, it been a long since time you’ve smiled at someone taller than 34inches

 

So you date and you realize you’ve adopted a second child(HIM)

 

You cook for two

You clean for two

You entertain for two

You become A ONE woman circus for FREE

What about YOU doesn’t two + one= three

Especially when you know there is no marriage to BE

 

Did I sell any tickets for this show?? Where’s my ROYALTY check!!!!!

Then you realize your ROYALTY check is with in you

 

Just Look at all the thing you are capable of , yea I know sometimes you wanna show and tell sooo much that you spill the beans about “your project” to the wrong boy in school,  then he makes you feel like you should have brought  ONE eyed willie himself (the goonies)and then he would have been impressed???

THE SMILE, A GRIN AND THE GROWL

It’s a beautiful morning I think i’ll go outside for a while and SMILE

SMILE (n)- A FACIAL EXPRESSION INDICATING PLEASURE OR AMUSEMENT

So cute she is just a bundle full of fun

All day long we SMILE,  even when she cried we SMILED,  her lil voice and those cries are  little  pieces of expression

Don’t touch that…. Put that down…….Sit down…..wait one second…. little girl, little girl, night and day I eat sleep and breathe her (Ms Hannagen vc)

Hey has anybody seen my SMILE..whew……I feel this thing on my face,  its not quite a SMILE  but it feels like a sense of something. what the heck is it? A GRIN

Right , a LOW sound cant forget threatening..LOL

The stages children  go through and will put you through, stages you’ll go through as a parent. Now identifying them and knowing why each stage has happened allows you to appreciated one thing, you and your child are growing together. Also you have learned proper usage for nouns and verbs.

All of these stages are temporary but one thing is for sure you will SMILE looking back on each GRIN and GROWL.

A SMILE is guaranteed !!!

UMMM?I’ll be out of this rut in no time a thought she thought as she look at those baby’s eyes, not understanding what to do or when to do it?

This independent bid feel soooo dependent

1.needing someones ear

2.asking someone’s advice

3. needing a break

But as you look at that face you cant believe that you were accepted to be part of that bid, part of the miracle, part of GOD’s plan.

“hey girl !!,I have to call you back” sez the friend on the other end

“Oooh ok ”  but you feel like ….what the ??? but yet you concluded one thing she too has no time. I’m not alone you think, technically your in the invisible room of mama’s

2.Advice??? anyone

“Don’t do that!! Hold the babies head like this, I heard you should eat this and shouldn’t eat that.”

Gosh!! opinions! opinion??or Advice?

“First of all this is MY baby, I KNOW what to do”…..

(hahah) really?? wasn’t I just complaining I have no idea what to do but the thought  of me not knowing what to do being evident to an outsider makes me feel incompetent??

Hmm so when does it become advice.??..surprise MOMS receive advice every step of the way. But there was this  lil voice in my head that interprets voices weird(not really ,but I’m just saying). A  persons opinion/advice ,in my head turned into a strange little nagging persons voice who would then make me slam the door in peoples face (figuratively speaking) and then I’m left on the other side still needing ADVICE….LOL then I realized, hey its  your call to apply it to you or the situation. Maternal instinct (protect,feed,and some other things cant forget LOVE)…NOT Maternal know how to do it all.

I learned over the years every woman with the title MOM attached to their back like a ‘kick me’  sign. Has something to say and has something they have mastered They have been there LIKE THE REST OF US

3. LAY OFF your SELF

Celebrate yourself  , Ginger ale/ cut up fruits in a wine glass and Cheese squares

Bubble Bath in the middle of the day maybe right after you dropped of the toddler or before the infant wakes up. Go for it!! Girl just put the rocker in the bathroom and soak.

while she has it in her tea mug and a saucer, she has no idea that MOM-ME is taking her BREAK!

My hospital room is packed , awwww everybody loves me

Hmmm???? question does everybody love you or is it just customary to go to the hospital to meet the new baby

To congratulate you on a now lonely life, isn’t motherhood suppose to be tea drinking, express your feeling to your friends kinda thing.

 

So well how come noody is over here at my house for MOM support?

Why am I still doing the things I know how to do with my friends? I know how to drink , I know how to curse and be bitter about the great dream man who doesnt get up at night and snores to the point that I just wanna put a pillow over his head..

 

Oooh wait I did that…”it’s okay honey go back to sleep” She said(me)

just kidding, (no Im not, but anyway)

 

Well I’ve come to the understanding a friend does as much as a person will be able to do. Their people too just like you.If you want a TEA day then have it, if you wanna tell your honey you need more help then say it. Explain to him you don’t know what to do just as much as he doesn’t and together you can learn there is room to Screw UP and room to Screw DOWN.. its your baby their on your time its your new life.

Dont ruin what you can have or step forward into for the sake of being back into the groove .

After you have a baby you sort of step out of the groove, but guess what its your groove dance at your own beat.

Your friends haahahah they’ll two step with you when its time.

Ooooh yea I had a fight

It was against something I couldn’t even pin point a direct blow to.

Myself and the truth. I had no idea what I was doing, I went running like a chicken to my mothers house. Scared beyond my wits.HELLO ,HELLO my natrual maternal instincts are missing hello I didn’t receive my mommy package!!!!!

Bills, forms, health, picking the right doctor, asking the right questions, getting rent paid, keeping lights on ,, What in the Flagnog!!!!!!
